How does your solution differ from an eBay store, or a shopping cart solution?

First of all, eBay is a channel for used and severely discounted merchandise. We have tried to sell on eBay, but have found that its customers will not buy for anything more than 50% off of the merchandise's retail price.
Secondly, shopping cart software requires significant work to keep your listings and pricing up to date. We can do this for you!
You also need to keep in mind that a shopping cart is just a tool that enables you to sell online. Shopping cart software will only provide you with generic website templates (which are insufficient for serious online vendors). Our website designers will customize your website design according to your feedback!
Shopping cart software will also not generate any traffic to your website. Putting up an online store is analogous to setting up a lemonade stand in the middle of a desert. How and when will I be paid?
Each of our clients are responsible for filling out a standard drop-ship agreement which will dictate the price at which merchandise will be sold to AlgraShopping.com Inc. AlgraShopping will issue a purchase order to each client for all merchandise that is purchased by end consumers. AlgraShopping will issue payment for all purchase orders at the end of each month. Our payment terms are net 45 days.
How is shipping handled?
AlgraOnline will charge each customer shipping charges depending on the amounts specified in the drop-ship agreement. Shipping charges will be included in the monthly purchase orders and will be remitted to you.
What happens if there are changes to our products (i.e. if we were to discountinue a product, change a product, or add a new item to our product line)?
Once you inform us of a product change, our web designers will update both the website and online store accordingly, and in a timely manner. All you have to do is to provide us with the new product information, the new pricing, the new product instructions, the new product specifications, and/or the new product pictures.
What payment methods can your store accept?
We can arrange for payment via VISA, MasterCard, and personal cheque or money order.

What are my responsibilities?
- To drop-ship quality merchandise on time, every time.
- To handle returns and inform AlgraOnline.com each time merchandise is returned.
- To handle customers' warranty claims and issues with defective products.
